Just a reminder about a few things: 

1)  There is just 1 week left to register for the Outback Bowl Trip Family add on. The sign-up form is now available.  Since we are required to submit final participation numbers to the travel agency by mid-September with payment due in full by October, all add on sign ups must be submitted no later than Friday, August 25.
*Please visit this sign up form to submit your answer to a survey question. This question is about interest in the "Florida Only" package if made available. (This would not include any transportation)

Band students and approved chaperones do not need to complete this form. Only additional family members planning to go on the trip using the trip package should complete this form. Please note that any additional family members under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and are not permitted to stay in rooms with the band students.

2) Only a few days left to sell Outback Steakhouse coupons. The Cary Outback is partnering with the Athens Drive Band to help us earn money for the Outback Bowl trip. This is a quick and easy way to earn money and a great way for students to be financially involved with their band account!
For this fundraiser, sell each Cary Outback ticket for $20.  Each ticket can be redeemed for a 6oz. sirloin and a choice of 2 sides through the Curbside Takeaway ONLY at the Cary Outback 1289 Kildaire Farm Rd.  Tickets may be redeemed now thru August 31, 2017.  For each ticket sold, your band account will be credited $10 and the general fund will earn $5.  Earning money for your band account is EASY!  Sell just 5 tickets and earn $50 for your band account!  Sell 10 tickets and earn $100 for your band account!
 
Here’s how it works:
Take as many as 5 tickets at a time to sell.  Sell them for $20 each to your neighbors, friends, co-workers or relatives (or, keep them for your family) - sell them to anyone who may visit the Cary Outback. After you sell your tickets, return the money to the fundraiser chair - Tara Flowers - Email her to coordinate a time (see Yahoo! Mail for emil details). Checks should be made payable to "Athens Drive Band Boosters”. If you are unable to sell any tickets you take, simply return the unsold tickets to Tara.  
** PLEASE NOTE:  Each ticket taken has a $20 value.  For every ticket taken, students must return EITHER $20 for a sold ticket OR the unsold ticket(s).  At the end of the sale, your band account will be charged for any outstanding tickets.  

3)  Please be advised that there is no parking in front of the band truck, by the band room door or if there are any coned off areas near the band room or parking lot. Thanks for your help in this matter.
