MB Registration and Spring Banquet

Dear Band Families,
Below are some updates: specifically, we NEED volunteers to sign up to help with our spring banquet- please see the link below if you can help with this  event.
  • ONLY 6 days left to register for Marching Band! You must register online and have all WCPSS forms turned into Doc no later than Friday, June 1. Please visit the Athens Drive Band homepage to secure your spot today. * We will be able to accept the new required Athletic Participation forms and doctor's physical on the first day of pre-camp.
  • Wednesday, May 30, come to our next Let's Eat at Tijuana Flats from 5-8 pm (next to Trader Joe's in Cary) visit the link here to RSVP. 20% of your check will get donated back to the band's general fund. At the last Let's Eat, the general fund made over $180- It's free money for the band while you get to eat with friends and enjoy a great meal. 
  • Sunday, June 3, 1:30-5pm, Spring Band Banquet- all band members from concert, symphonic, wind ensemble, jazz, winter guard, winter percussion, and marching band are invited to attend with their families. 
    • Location: ADMHS Cafeteria
    • Please bring food by 1 pm so we can set up and begin eating promptly at 1:30 pm
    • Please bring the following:
    • Juniors and sophomores - Main Dish to serve 15 people and drinks
    • Seniors and freshman - Side Dish to serve 15 people (Vegetable, fruit or salad) and a dessert
    We need You! to help make the banquet a success.
