The Athens Drive Band Boosters use group e-mails as our main method of communication. All e-mails will be from “Athens Drive Band”, however, this is an outgoing email address only. Please do not respond directly to a group email. There will usually be an email address to direct questions in the body or signature line of each communication. Questions can always be directed to email@athensdriveband.com.
How To Subscribe
All current members of the Marching Band & Class Band (and their families), who provide their e-mail details at sign-up, will be added to the e-mail group. If you are not receiving e-mails, please contact email@athensdriveband.com stating your First Name, Last Name, and E-mail details.
Any Alumni student or family member can subscribe to our Alumni e-mail list. If you need to be added to this, please complete the Alumni Database form or contact email@athensdriveband.com stating your First Name, Last Name, Year of Student’s Graduation, and E-mail details.
How To Unsubscribe – if you’d like to be removed from the email group, please contact us at email@athensdriveband.com. While there is an unsubscribe option at the bottom of every email you receive from the band, using this option is PERMANENT. Once selected, you can never be resubscribed.

The Athens Drive Band Program uses Remind 81010 as a quick one-way text communication with band students, parents, and chaperones. Messages are private and are sent to the specified user group through SMS messaging. This program is especially useful for quickly communicating updates or schedule changes during band camp and band trips.

Invitations to join are usually generated by the Athens Drive Band Remind moderator. Once invited, simply respond with “YES” to accept the invitation to join the class (section or group). After accepting the invitation, please respond again with your first and last name to complete the signup process.
If you do not receive an invitation from the moderator and would like to join an Athens Band Remind 81010 texting group, please send an email to remind@athensdriveband.com with your cell phone number, your first and last name, the band section you are a member of, and your role as student or parent of student’s name.

Send an email to remind@athensdriveband.com with your cell phone number, your first and last name, and the problem you are experiencing.
By default, Remind texts are received through your smartphone’s SMS messaging program. If you receive messages from multiple Remind classes/groups, you may consider installing the Remind App on your smartphone. The Remind App organizes your text messages by class/group. If installed, you will need to turn text messaging back ON in your setup once the installation is complete.

When you “like” the page, it will show up in your Facebook News Feed if your options are set to show posts from all your friends and pages.
