The Athens Drive Band Boosters use Yahoo! Groups email as our main method of communication to our band families. If you are not currently receiving emails with a subject starting with [adhsband], please sign up for this service. If you turned in your Student Information and Intent Form for Class Band or Marching Band and provided your email address, we will send you an invitation to join the group. If you did not receive an invitation or are not receiving our emails, please join our ADHS Band Yahoo! group or, if you prefer, sign up for emails only.
To JOIN the ADHS Band Yahoo! Group
Click on the purple Yahoo! button above, sign in to your Yahoo! account, enter your Yahoo! ID and password. If you do not have a Yahoo! account, you can create one by selecting "Create New Account" on the sign in page. The advantage of joining our Yahoo! group is the ability to view all messages sent from our Yahoo! group.
To SUBSCRIBE to ADHS Band Emails Only
If you do not want a Yahoo! account, you can subscribe to our group emails only by sending a blank email to adhsband-subscribe@yahoogroups.com and replying to the confirmation email you receive from the group. You do not need to click on any of the links in the confirmation email. Just simply reply and send. Your confirmation reply will activate your subscription and add you to the adhsband email list.

Remind

The Athens Drive Band Program uses Remind 81010 as a quick one way text communication with band students, parents and chaperones. Messages are private and are sent to the specified user group through SMS messaging. This program is especially useful for quickly communicating updates or schedule changes during band camp and band trips.
To JOIN Athens Band Remind 81010 Text Messaging System
Invitations to join are usually generated by the Athens Drive Band Remind moderator. Once invited, simply respond with “YES” to accept the invitation to join the class (section or group). After accepting the invitation, please respond again with your first and last name to complete the signup process.
If you do not receive an invitation from the moderator and would like to join an Athens Band Remind 81010 texting group, please send an email to remind@athensdriveband.com with your cell phone number, your first and last name, the band section you are a member of and your role as student or parent of student’s name.

To STOP receiving Athens Band Remind 81010 texts, send an email to remind@athensdriveband.com with your first and last name requesting to Unsubscribe.

Send email to remind@athendriveband.com with your cell phone number, your first and last name and the problem you are experiencing.
By default, Remind texts are received through your smart phone's SMS messaging program. If you receive messages from multiple Remind classes/groups, you may consider installing the Remind App on your smart phone. The Remind App organizes your text messages by class/group. If installed, you will need to turn text messaging back ON in your setup once the installation is complete.
Remind is a one-way group text messaging system. All personal information remains completely confidential.
